# Username of anon user can be seen in quotes

Hello,  
just looking through some old posts on forum and I see that a user has been anonymized. However, in a quote you can see there username previously. Image shows what I mean. _Is this meant to be like this?_

Usernames in quotes are updated in a background job, so it can take a bit of time. However, in certain cases it’s impossible to find all quotes of an anonymized user which results in some quotes with the old username in it. You can try to manually rebake or edit affected posts.
