비공개 카테고리의 어떤 기능을 사용하고 계신가요? 그룹 수신함을 사용하는 것을 고려해 보셨나요?

비공개 카테고리 대신, 모든 수신 이메일은 개인 메시지로 변환됩니다. 해당 그룹의 모든 직원 사용자는 이를 볼 수 있으며, 일반 사용자는 가입 후 자신에게 온 개인 메시지만 볼 수 있습니다. 저희 Discourse 팀에서도 이 방식으로 팀 수신함을 운영하고 있습니다!
