# 用户可以与非特权用户发起聊天

嘿！

我们已为 TL3/4/员工启用聊天。我没有在 TL0/1/2 用户的用户卡上看到聊天选项，但有人指出他们可以搜索此类用户并显然可以与他们发起聊天。我们进行了测试，但对方没有收到任何消息。这是故意的还是一个错误？
