# Users list has gone missing

I just upgraded to:

[a22deb520b](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commits/a22deb520b01f6e2024617c9f148f197224da0c8))

from  
4cb4a5912d49f

and now the users list is missing from my site:  
`https://forum.example.org/admin/users/list/active`

However I am able to see all my users through:  
[https://forum.example.org/admin/groups](https://forum.example.org/admin/groups)

Is this by design?

I would assume active users means all of my users. The search functionality from the groups menu is only by user or email.
