My guess is that embeddings could work better and be faster/cheaper. My actual interest in this is more along the lines of a dynamic tagging system that could replace hard coding tags into the database. E.g. “how-to” + “sso” would be a list of topics with embeddings that were semantically close to the “how-to” and “sso” tag description embeddings.
