# Using cloudways for discourse

Hey guys,

I just had a chat with cloudways, and their representative said that they’re purely php based platform. Anyone here installed discourse via this Managed cloud Platform? They seem to have a good all around support for the cloud. Any suggestions?

Ask if they have docker support. Without that, move on to another host.

Hey Aza,

No, it is not supported on Cloudways since it is built on Ruby. Cloudways only support PHP for now.
