Using "home" or "end" key = back to previous discussion

(Patrick) #1

I am an avid keyboard shortcut user. I was just browsing my profile page, and then I hit the “home” key on my PC, rather than the page scroll back to the top (which is how it works on other sites), I got sent to the last discussion I read. I tried the “end” key and had the same result.

I repeated the process by viewing another member’s profile, and then went back to my profile, and hitting “home” again brought me back to a previous discussion, rather than back to the member’s profile which was my last view page (though that back-ing shouldn’t have happened anyway!).

Additionally, this happened when on my homepage (Profile - patrick - Discourse Meta), as well as on my preferences page.

Biiiiizarre!
