我们已实现消息总线与 ALB 的协同工作，事实上，Meta 部署在 AWS 上。

我猜测，您的技术栈中某处启用了请求缓冲，导致请求被长时间挂起。

这很可能是 NGINX 中的 `proxy_buffering` 被设置为 `on` 而非 `off`。
