# Using templates when quoting

I wonder if it’s possible to use this plugin when quoting and posting a new topic.

The use case is moving support reports to their respective categories.

Currently, there is no way to quote and make a new topic because the template uses the whole textarea 😅

You say plugin but used the #form-templates tag. Are you talking about the #templates plugin or [form templates](https://meta.discourse.org/t/introducing-experimental-form-templates/278631/1)?

I’m talking about form-templates that overrides new topic _templates_.
