# UX: Moderator actions have visual bugs after #36812

The pull request refactored and combine the review list buttons, however, after a post is rejected, the button that leave on the page is “Yes”, this seems strange, as the original one “approve” seems more reasonable here.

Thanks for reporting it! We’re trying to get all our review queue actions in a consistent format so I think we should show the question heading here instead of the “moderator actions.”
