# /var/discourse 占用 36GB：如何将膨胀数据移至 /mnt？

I have a 128gb droplet and you can’t really add space to it, but you can (and I did) add a **/mnt**

How can I move files that cause the dir to bloat out to /mnt?

I’m sure there’s a link somewhere, but I’m confusing some of the keywords and terminology, so I can’t quite find the best one.

Best would be to move images to S3.

Next you add another volumes section to app.yml to point to the different location. It’s best to leave database on the local ssd, the extra volumes are a bit slower
