Versatile Banner and [Brand Header - #266 by pacharanero](https://meta.discourse.org/t/brand-header/77977/266) may not be playing well together.

Setting Brand Header to display above-site-header then enabling Versatile Banner the Brand header moves to under header.. Disabling the other components and working with these two only confirmed the conflict is between them.
