Is there a technical complexity that gets in the way of making this text revealable?
Or is it simply not something that has been considered and asked for?
A bit of both I think… we already had a system for expanding deleted replies, and this gets reused for ignored content. No such system exists for topics/OP.
It would be technically possible to do something to allow the content to be shown but I don’t think it’s been requested much.
