1. 创建测试用户，创建测试组并将用户添加到测试组
2. 创建类别，授予测试组访问权限
3. 取消选择 assigns\_public
4. 将测试组添加到 whispers\_allowed\_groups 和 assign\_allowed\_on\_groups
5. 在类别中创建测试主题，并将其分配给某人
6. 以测试用户身份，查看分配的小操作帖子
7. 从 whispers\_allowed\_groups 中移除测试组
8. 以测试用户身份，刷新屏幕，不再看到分配的小操作帖子
