On a self-hosted Discourse, It is working beautifully for a few persons, thanks a lot !
If we want to have more people (40 or more), I suppose I have to install a Livekit media server ?
Is there any reason I could not install it on the same server which is currently running Discourse (through Docker) ?
I installed Discourse on a dedicated VPS using the “Beginner Docker install guide” so everything was automated.
So I am a bit reluctant to modify anything on the server, as it can break further update/upgrade. But if there is a safe way to install Livekit and to therefore easily allow large calls, I’m all in.
