Feature request: Creating a voice note recorder for chat
For normal discourse topics, I personally don’t yearn for voice notes, however, with chat, I miss the voice notes that I can do on other platforms. And if implemented for chat, maybe I’ll see new ways to use voice recording for topics as well.

I’m 100% for this. I’d also like video recording as I find that feature incredibly useful in Slack, especially for bug reports and other “here’s how you do this” content.

I tried this [voice-recorder theme component](https://meta.discourse.org/t/voice-recorder-component/215621), it works nicely for a post/topic,
wonder if could add the voice recording in the chat plugin as well, it will be very cool,
or if you know there is a theme-component does this ?
