Good suggestions. I would also add that when the first post in a topic is automatically hidden, the entire topic should be automatically de-listed and closed. This is especially important if the topic was removed due to “Inappropriate” flags, as the entire topic is probably offensive or inflammatory, which is always the sort of topic that attracts the most attention and probably has already led to an argument or other followup inappropriate comments up until the time that the first post got hidden. Even if the content of the first post has been hidden, the title appearing in the [/latest](https://meta.discourse.org/latest) still attracts attention and leads to further inappropriate posts.
