# Webhook - TL Demotion

Hi all,
I can’t seem to find a Webhook for when users are demoted (from TL3). Am I just missing it, or does it not exist?

I was thinking perhaps the Automation plugin may have helped…

…but the only triggers available all relate to a promotion through specific trust levels. I am looking for a way to be able to notify an external service if a user is demoted, specifically from TL3 to TL2. 🤔
