Would it be possible to weigh a user/group’s placement in a search, similar as weighting a topic in a search? I ask because when I submit a (much appreciated) support ticket and type “team”, the one I want is always at the bottom. It would be great if this user(s) comes up first or is even sorted by recently interacted with, etc. Thanks! ---

FWIW As a cheeky workaround, I like to have a eg.
