横幅在桌面端显示正常，但在移动端不显示。

我已经检查过以下内容：

- 我为新成员、已登录成员和匿名访客填写了标题和副标题文本
- 页面可见性设置为仅首页
- 位置设置为站点标题下方
- 我尝试了强制刷新，并在无痕模式下进行了检查

横幅仍然仅在桌面端显示，在移动端完全缺失。

是否有特定设置需要启用才能在移动设备上显示欢迎横幅？
