새로운 사용자들에게서 기대하는 특정 행동 중 문제가 되는 부분이 있나요? 사용자가 해야 하지만 하지 않는 것들이 있나요? 아니면 반대로, 사용자가 하지 않기를 바라지만 실제로 하고 있는 것들이 있나요?
