# What can I do when my users stop receiving verification emails?

My users can’t receive the email when they register. And it’s not one or two cases, it has been like this since 3 days ago and it’s for all new users who register after. What can I do to fix this?

Try to send a test email to yourself by going to `/admin/email`. Do you receive it? If not, there could be a problem with your email configuration.

Can you ensure that your email is correctly setup in your `app.yml` file?  
Maybe check this guide?

I will see. Thanks. But I have set it up for over a year. It was working before and the bug happened a few days ago.
