But that quote method doesn’t include all embedded codes… For example, this link – :grin: If you highlight this post and select “Quote”, you will get the emoji but not the associated link. Is there another way of getting that ?

Well that’s odd. If i use that same example on another discourse site and highlight it and select “quote”, i just get For example, this link – :grin: So i can see why you might not need the “quote whole post” button here, but could you explain the discrepancy ?

I can’t explain anything. Because for me it has worked that way all the time for me. Will this happen on safe-mode? Browser issue?
