일회성 이메일 주소로 가입하는 사용자를 최소화하고 싶습니다.

현재 회원 중 특정 이메일 도메인을 사용하는 사용자가 있는데, 이 도메인에 대한 추가 가입을 차단하고 싶습니다. 이메일 도메인 확인은 가입 시에만 이루어지나요?

해당 도메인을 차단 목록에 추가한 후에도 기존 회원은 로그인할 수 있나요?
