Deberás instalar Discourse tú mismo, ya sea una instalación [de desarrollo](https://meta.discourse.org/t/install-discourse-for-development-using-docker/102009) o estándar, ejecutar el script, hacer una copia de seguridad, subirla a tu sitio y pedir que la restauren.
