You might save a few pennies with another provider, but a $5/month droplet at Digital Ocean, free mail delivery (up to 10K messages/month) with something like Mailgun and a [standard install](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-cloud.md) is pretty much it.
