# What is the difference between custom invite mailer, invite forum mailer and custom invite forum mailer?

I suppose that makes sense as a more specific invitation is more attractive and hence more likely to be successful.

If you have a Gmail account, you have an infinite number of email addresses: just add `+something` before the @ and discourse will see a new email address but Gmail will deliver it to the same inbox.

Thanks for the great trick. Also, I noticed that w/in Discourse I can remove a pending invitation & start again.
