Yes. You can self-host with no requirements. The cheapest is probably [Install Discourse on a residential internet with Cloudflare Tunnel](https://meta.discourse.org/t/install-discourse-on-a-residential-internet-with-cloudflare-tunnel/211297). It’s a little tricky. Using a virtual machine is easier and more reliable
