I mean the blue box that appear when you type a topic, does anyone really use it? in our forum, the suggestion is not working great; perhaps because of the language. and there’s some amount of cognitive load when people are creating their topics. I want to know if you know anyway to facilitate this? ---

If you have a support community it works very well and avoid duplicate questions ---

I’ve had direct hits on it a few times for topics I was about to create that already existed. It’s a good reminder to search _before_ starting a new topic, as well.
