I think it is like a reference to [Discord](https://www.discord.com) (the social chatting platform/app) since Discourse is sort of like that but instead of like live chatting it’s forums?

That would involve a time machine since Discourse was [announced in 2013](https://blog.codinghorror.com/civilized-discourse-construction-kit/), and Discord was [announced in 2015](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discord_(software)).
