编辑 Wiki 主题时，编辑历史通知会显示 2 次编辑。第一次编辑未显示任何内容，而第二次编辑则显示了具体的编辑内容及其理由。 ### 问题一 上述提到的就是第一个问题。 * * * ### 问题二 当不是通过标题旁的铅笔图标，而是通过 Wiki 编辑功能修改标题时，同样会出现 2 条通知：一条关于标题的修改，另一条关于修改理由（ℹ）。 示例：我想修改标题，同时让所有人了解我修改标题的原因。但这无法实现，因为系统生成了两条不同的通知，而不是一条包含所有信息的通知。 * * * 我认为所有编辑操作都应合并显示在一条“历史编辑”通知中，而不是分成两条独立的通知。再次说明，我不确定这是否是预期行为… ---

嗯，看起来 JS 客户端实际上在这里提交了两项更新。由于包含了编辑原因，服务器无法将它们合并，因此会生成两个修订版本。 ---
