有没有人遇到过论坛管理员拒绝回应有关个人账户操作（例如用户名更改或账户删除）的请求的情况？

当一个人掌握着公开内容的控制权，却又无视随之而来的责任时，这确实令人沮丧。即使是谷歌这样的主要平台，在用户隐私和数据控制方面也会尊重用户权利。  
那么，一个论坛管理员如何能表现得好像他们对某人的个人信息拥有绝对的控制权呢？

如果管理员拒绝采取行动甚至不回应，有哪些选择？  
是否有人成功处理过类似的情况？
