以下是我需要做的：

- 论坛设置为 **仅限邀请**
- 已选择 **允许新注册**

我现在明白了为什么这会起作用，但起初，我觉得这些设置有些重叠。当您担心普通公众无法注册时，您一开始可能会弄错这些设置，这是可以理解的。
