When is `filter.description.tags_alias` used?

Can someone help me find out when this string is shown in the filter route? Seeing it often makes translating easier for me.

filter.description.tags_alias:
Alias for ‘tag:’ filter

I was wondering why this text exists for tags but not for categories.

I’m don’t think it is displayed anywhere. I think the string could probably be removed. I’ll ask.
