Похоже, это опция «блоки с подкатегориями» для `admin -> все настройки сайта -> стиль страницы категории для рабочего стола`

Привет, Лилли! Я изменил параметры здесь, но шаблон не появляется. Как создать подкатегорию?

Это настройки категории. Их там нет.

Введите «стиль страницы категории на рабочем столе» в поле фильтра настроек сверху, и она появится.

Я понял! Но как сделать так, чтобы шаблон блока не отображался для категории «Все категории», а отображался только для категории «Темы»?

Затем выберите другой стиль для страницы категорий в настройках вашего сайта (`админ -> все настройки сайта -> стиль страницы категорий для рабочего стола)`.

Вы включаете блоки в настройках родительской категории, как вы сделали здесь:
