# 标签信息按钮去哪了？

在按标签筛选的话题列表中，新话题按钮旁边曾经有一个 按钮。

但我现在再也找不到它了。

只有当我是管理员时才能看到扳手图标。作为普通用户，我现在该如何查看描述和使用说明？我知道有标签横幅组件，但它无法像之前的按钮那样提供使用说明（而且显然我无法安装它来获取信息）。
