# 我在哪里更改10天的话题锁定期？

Topics get locked after 10 days of no activity. It seems there should a setting to change this, but I cannot find it. Any idea what it is called?

It should be in the Edit Category area. I believe that option is only per Category (and not globally)

I see only one 10 days entry in `site_settings.yml`, might be this:

That isn’t a topic lock, that is a setting for preventing a user to edit their post.

Yes, seeing nothing else related to 10 days, I thought it might be related, but I just dug more into the code and found no evidence of this.

That’s it - Edit Category - Settings - Auto-close topic time. It’s in hours. My setting was 240, which works out to 10 days.
