I’ve moved it now, and also edited the description of Contribute > UX now to be:
For general discussions about the user experience design of Discourse, how to improve it, and discussing issues where Discourse works as intended, but the design, interaction, or flow creates unnecessary friction, confusion, or inefficiency for users. Also for small “quality of life” improvements (which may be marked completed or fixed).
I’ve updated the Contribute > Feature category description as well to remove the part about general discussion about features.
