# Where to place project external URL?

I run a software project at `https://xxxxxxxx.org` (which also holds the project documentation) and the associated Discourse forum at `https://xxxxxxxx.discourse.group`.
I just want to place a visible link to `https://xxxxxxxx.org` within the Discourse interface. I mean something better than the “contact URL for this site used on the `/about` contact form”.
Do I miss something? Definitely I can not found anything like that in the settings.

Hi @ibc,
You might want to start using [Custom Header Links](https://meta.discourse.org/t/custom-header-links/90588) in your theme.
Let us know if you have trouble using it.
