# 两个“从最新版本隐藏”插件中的哪一个更好用

似乎有两个插件提供此功能：

最好坚持使用由 Discourse 团队维护的版本。我相信另一个版本也能正常运行，但使用官方版本可以让人更安心，因为未来的 Discourse 更新不太可能导致该插件失效。

是的，它的工作方式略有不同。静音会“隐藏”该分类，使其在更多地方不可见，包括 `/categories` 页面。该插件仅将其从 `/latest` 页面中隐藏。

谢谢大家。我会继续使用 Discourse 自带的插件。插件的行为完全符合我的预期：只需在 `/latest` 页面中隐藏，而不在 `/categories` 页面中隐藏。
