# /u/by-external/{provider}/{external\_id}.json 엔드포인트에 적용되는 레이트 리밋은 무엇인가요?

API를 통해 많은 수의 사용자에 액세스해야 하는데, `HTTP 429 - Too Many Requests for url` 오류가 발생하고 있습니다.

이미 `app.yml` 파일에서 `DISCOURSE_MAX_ADMIN_API_REQS_PER_MINUTE` 설정과 모든 `DISCOURSE_MAX_REQS_PER_IP_*` 설정을 증가시키고, 런처 스크립트를 통해 앱 컨테이너를 재시작해 보았습니다.

이 오류의 원인이 될 수 있는 다른 요소가 무엇인지 잘 모르겠습니다. 현재 1분에 약 100개의 요청을 보내고 있습니다.
