# Whispers set to "Everyone" not working (but should it?)

I set **Whispers allowed groups** to **everyone** on my local dev instance, but it doesn’t toggle whispers for regular users. Admins still have access to them, though.

Of course, enabling whispers for everyone makes no sense really… So, should “everyone” just not be available in this group selector? 🤔
