# 「faq」を変更できるのは誰ですか

コード lib/guardian/topic\_guardian.rb:

```ruby
  def can_edit_topic?(topic)
    return false if Discourse.static_doc_topic_ids.include?(topic.id) && !is_admin?

```

つまり、FAQ/TOS/プライバシーの変更は管理者のみ可能という仕様ですね？
