# 왜 오래된 주제들이 닫혀 있나요?

오래된 주제에도 여전히 유효한 정보가 포함되어 있고 검색도 가능하므로, 지원 카테고리가 해당 주제를 상단으로 올리고 그 후 스태프가 채택 여부를 결정하는 것 같습니다. 사용자가 OP의 질문에 답을 했다면 추가적인 답글이 필요 없으므로 해당 주제가 닫히게 됩니다.

특히 솔루션으로 선택할 수 있는 게시글은 하나뿐이므로, 몇 달 전의 주제에 같은 문제를 반복해서 올리는 것보다는 때로는 새로운 주제를 만드는 것이 더 합리적이라고 생각합니다.
