관리자가 모드가 할 수 있는 모든 것을 할 수 있다면, 자동으로 생성된 계정이 둘 다로 설정되는 데에는 어떤 고찰이 있었을까요?

모드가 할 수 있지만 관리자는 할 수 없는 것이 있다면, 해당 내용을 더 명확히 설명하는 문서가 필요할 것 같습니다. 게시하기 전에 검색해 보았지만 이 정보를 찾을 수 없었거든요.
