# Why did our home page topic links font shrink?

A few weeks ago (~May 21st) the fonts for our topic links on our forum home page [community.tiller.com](http://community.tiller.com) shrank pretty significantly. We didn’t make any changes to our theme or CSS.
Is this expected with a recent Discourse update? Is there a way to get them to be a normal slightly bigger size again?

This is most likely a consequence of the new feature in upcoming changes `Modernize Foundation theme`, can you check if this is enabled?

Ah looks like we have a theme called “Light” enabled? Is there a way to adjust/fix?

It’s a guess but light is probably foundation + a different colour palette.
So go to the upcoming changes page `admin/config/upcoming-changes` and disable the `Modernize Foundation theme` feature.
Can you let me know if that fixes it for you?

yes, that fixed it @chapoi also thanks @Lilly for the tip on how to find it. When it does roll out to everyone (or become permanent) will there be a way to customize the size of the font? What was being used there was just too small.

There wont be a built-in way but you can alwaya customise it regularly with CSS. That being said, Im having a look at this particular change, because I think we can/should use REM instead of EM which would avoid this size.
