# Why does my sidebar menu colour differ on different laptops

You can set a light and dark theme, so if the laptop has a light theme, the forum shows the light theme, but if it’s a dark theme, it shows the dark theme.

Of course, display properties should be considered, as the color accuracy on your screen can impact how the forum looks (like what Heliosurge said)
