새로운 주제 대신 공유 초안을 작성하려고 시도한 것으로 보입니다. 공유 초안은 직원 전용 기능이기 때문에 다른 사용자는 이를 볼 수 없으며, 이러한 초안을 작성할 때는 ‘무엇이든 물어보세요’ 카테고리가 아닌 직원 카테고리(또는 유사한 카테고리)를 사용해야 합니다. ---
