# Why doesn't my "About me" text show up when you click my avatar?

Hi. I filled up this field:

But it isn’t displayed on my info when you click my avatar:

Why that?

I think the container may be sanitizing the content. I can reproduce the behavior with a url in the box, like you have it, so try removing the “My Discourse…” url, and only leave it in your WebSite field.

Maybe that should be explained to the user, because that doesn’t seem obvious.
