# Why doesn't Tweet unicode show in my browser?

This just popped into my feed in twitter (retweeded by codinghorror I believe). Not sure if it should be better displayed on discourse?

I’m using Chrome and this is what I see in case it’s just me.

It’s just you. On Windows 10 (latest updates) and chrome latest, I see

Installing the latest version of Symbola is all that is needed under Linux:

(Typically Linux fonts can be installed in a _lot_ of locations, but `~/.fonts/` is easiest.)

Symbola is a ttf format font, and should work under Windows, too.

Checked in on my Ubuntu machine and works as is. Can be closed.

We could pass the oneboxer html through the emoji remapper.
